Alfredo Rental

Rental waiver & release

By renting equipment from Alfredo Rental (“Owner”), the customer (“Renter”) agrees to the following:

  1. Assumption of risk. Renter understands that operating a pressure washer involves inherent risks, including high-pressure spray, slip hazards, electrical and fuel handling, and property damage. Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use, transportation, and storage of the equipment during the rental period.
  2. Proper use.Renter will read the manufacturer's manual, use required personal protective equipment, and operate the equipment only as directed. Renter will not allow untrained persons to operate the equipment.
  3. Required instruction video. Renter confirms they have watched the full instruction video provided by Owner (currently this video on YouTube) before taking possession of the equipment. Owner may update the required video from time to time; the version acknowledged at booking is noted in the rental record.
  4. Condition & return.Renter accepts the equipment in its current condition and will return it clean, fueled per the rental instructions, and without unauthorized modifications. Renter is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear, except to the extent caused by Owner's gross negligence (as determined under applicable law).
  5. Release.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renter releases and holds harmless Owner from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Renter's use of the equipment, except where prohibited by law.
  6. Insurance.Renter is responsible for damage to Renter's property and third-party property. Renter should maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
  7. Indemnity.Renter agrees to indemnify Owner against third-party claims arising from Renter's use of the equipment, except to the extent caused by Owner's gross negligence (as determined under applicable law).

Electronic signature. By typing their full legal name on the scheduling form, Renter intends to sign this agreement electronically. Owner may later require re-execution through a dedicated e-sign provider for bookkeeping.
